In case of an emergency, you can return your covers within 30 days. They will then be checked for use and you will then receive your money back. Please note that used covers are NOT considered returns. This is not possible for hygiene reasons.

Our GoBraless covers can be used +30 times. However, please note that the longevity of the product also depends on its user.

Yes, but in rare exceptional cases the skin may react sensitively to it.

If this is the case, we recommend that you stop using the product and contact a dermatologist. This way, any subsequent damage can be remedied as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our nipple covers are particularly suitable for light-colored tops. They are 100% opaque and invisible.

Yes, of course. However, we do not recommend it.

Yes. The covers are also suitable for use if you have breast piercings.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, you can! To do so, use the payment method "Klarna - Pay now or later" in the checkout.

Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days.

We currently only ship your order with DHL express shipping.

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in the form of an email from our partner DHL. There you will find all relevant information and also your tracking number, which tells you exactly where your package is.

If the courier doesn't find you, you can use the tracking to see whether your parcel has been left with a neighbour or at a branch, for example. In some cases, a new delivery attempt will be made.

Exchange & Return

You can return the ordered item to us within 30 days of receipt.

You can place a new order for the desired item.

For all purchases from us, the 30-day return policy applies without giving any reason, provided the product arrives to us completely undamaged and unused.

If you would like to return your order, please send us an email with the subject "Request return" to support@gobraless.de

Then send your order back to the original address (stated on the package or in the imprint).

After your order has passed through our verification system without any problems, it will only take a few days until you receive your money back.
