What are GOBRALESS Points?

GOBRALESS Points is our loyalty program where you are rewarded with points for certain activities and also for your purchases.

You can later redeem your collected points for discounts, vouchers and free products.

How does your points system work?

After you have unlocked your points through various activities, you can easily redeem them for discounts, vouchers & free products.

How do I redeem my points?

First, log in to your customer account. There you will see what exactly you can redeem your points for and what is possible with your current points balance.

Once you have redeemed your points they will be deducted from your account and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Can I still receive my points later?

Yes, this is possible if you register again within 7 days of the order date and send us a confirmation to support@gobraless.de with your order number and first and last name.

Your points will then be automatically credited based on the value of your order.

I didn't receive points for an activity, what should I do?

If you have completed an activity but have not received any points, please contact our support and explain your situation.

Points can be transferred to your account at a later date.
